Meet The Founder
Rosemary Linden
President
Rosemary has helped businesses achieve financial success for over 20 years.
As a strategic financial advisor to business executives, Rosemary has a wide range of professional experience working with companies ranging from small start-ups and nonprofits to global Fortune 500 enterprises. Rosemary has led finance organizations at corporations such as Arthur Andersen, MCI WorldCom (now Verizon), WD-40 Company, and Quest Diagnostics, in addition to numerous small and middle-market businesses.
Although Rosemary enjoyed working for companies of all sizes, her passion lies in helping small and midsize businesses grow profitably and sustainably.
In 2016, Rosemary left the corporate world and started Momentum CFO. She recognized that small and midsize business owners greatly benefit from a CFO’s expertise, but often don’t need or can’t afford full time support. At Momentum CFO, Rosemary adapts her knowledge of large company best practices to smaller businesses, helping them increase profit, improve cash flow, plan, and make optimal financial decisions.
Rosemary has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in the business community. In 2023, she was honored to be named one of San Diego’s Top 50 Women of Influence in Accounting and Finance and CFO of the Year Finalist by the San Diego Business Journal.
Rosemary attended the College of William & Mary, where she received a BA in Economics. She continued her education at San Diego State University, earning her MSBA (Master of Science, Business Administration) in Financial and Tax Planning.
When Rosemary isn’t busy being a finance nerd, she enjoys…
- Scuba diving around the world with her husband. And sharks. Big, really not-so-scary sharks.
- Unwinding with a game of Tetris or Super Mario Brothers on her Nintendo NES.
- Assembling LEGO models and jigsaw puzzles.
- Keeping on her toes in ballet classes and as Board Chair for San Diego Civic Youth Ballet. She’s been practicing pliés, relevés, and sautés since she was four years old and was recently honored as one of San Diego’s Top 50 Nonprofit Board Leaders of Influence by the San Diego Business Journal.

Truffle
Office Assistant
Truffle has over 6 cat years of business experience.
Truffle helps us stay on top of the latest financial news. She occasionally offers to destroy sensitive documents with her claws, but we prefer our shredding machine. Most of all, she reminds us that balancing work with play makes for a happy life.
Although Truffle naps in the sun for most of the day, she never lets us miss lunchtime and reminds us to step away from the computer and play.
